Karen Bittenbender joins Steward Partners after 13 years in the financial services industry, most recently with Wells Fargo Advisors. She has experience as both a retail banker and licensed securities professional, making her uniquely qualified to solve operational issues and support clients through multiple back-office channels. She enjoys assessing risk and helping clients reach their stated goals through a disciplined approach to investing.
A native of Virginia Beach, Karen lives in a three generation household and understands the challenges faced by the “sandwich generation” who find themselves raising children while caring for aging parents. As time permits, Karen enjoys gardening, helping coach her daughters’ softball team, volunteering at her school, traveling and going to the beach.
Karen currently holds a Series 7 and 63 license.
